Refund policy

Hire bookings are reserved specifically for the customer and may prevent the garment from being hired to someone else. Cancellation and credit eligibility may therefore depend on how much notice is provided.

More than 14 days before your hire

If you need to cancel your booking more than 14 days before the hire start date, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer a credit for a future hire.

Within 14 days of your hire

Cancellations within 14 days of the hire start date may be eligible for a credit at Sunday Best's discretion, depending on the circumstances and whether the garment can be rebooked.

Within 7 days of your hire

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the hire start date are generally non-refundable and may not be eligible for a credit. Sunday Best may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

SEND IT BACK

Once the night’s over, pop your dress in the reply-paid satchel and drop it at the post office. Local? Return directly to our studio instead.
